1. STPN TRUST is not responsible to refund your donations if the 80G Tax exemption receipt is issued in your name.

2. STPN TRUST is not responsible to issue Tax exemption receipt copy if you deliver any donation cheque /Cash to any unknown persons or you make any transactions to any other Bank Accounts.

3. We strictly advice you to email or to Call (Kindly Whatsapp if call is not responded) before donating to STPN TRUST. Our Email : stpntrust@gmail.com and Calling/WhatsApp Number: +91 8583038635. STPN TRUST is not responsible if you make any donations without calling before the Donation/Transaction.

4. STPN TRUST has no other representative in any state in India who is authorised to collect donations cheque or Cash except our Managing Trustee. Our Managing Trustee is the authorised person to collect Donations cheque/Cash from the Donors.

5. Apart from Managing Trustee we only receive donation cheque to our charitable School address by hand or by Post at

6. STPN TRUST never engage in any illegal transactions. We never suggest any person to invest or we never refund of Donations by Cash. So we suggest our all Donors if you get such illegal offers from anyone in the name of STPN TRUST, Kindly email : stpntrust@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 8583038635 before taking any decision or making any transactions.

7. STPN TRUST never encourage people to make illegal activities. STPN TRUST never accept donations by cash if the amount exceed Rs.2000/-. Also we don't refund any cash against donations.

8. We accept foreign Donations only through proper channel as per rules of Ministry of Home Affairs,Govt. Of India. We follow the foreign donation rules strictly. We don't accept any foreign donations in any other mode.

9. We advise our Donors to call or WhatsApp or email to above mentioned details if you get any illegal offers from anyone. Because we are not bound to refund your donations if we decide not to refund or if we found any guilty from your end.
